Digital Image License Terms – Wildlife Vagabond

These terms apply to all digital images purchased through WildlifeVagabond.com. By purchasing a digital image, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. License Options

When purchasing a digital image, you can choose between two license types:

A) Personal License

✅ Permitted Use:

  • Print the image for personal use.
  • Use it as a desktop or phone wallpaper.
  • Share it on social media with credit (e.g., “📷 Photo by Håvard Rosenlund”).

❌ Not Allowed:

  • Reselling, licensing, or redistributing the image.
  • Using the image for commercial purposes, such as advertising, marketing materials, or products for sale.
  • Modifying the image and claiming it as your own.

B) Commercial License

✅ Permitted Use:

  • Use the image in advertising, marketing materials, websites, publications, or printed products for commercial purposes.
  • Incorporate the image into commercial print products (e.g., posters, books, magazines) as long as it is not the primary product being sold.

❌ Not Allowed:

  • Reselling or sublicensing the image as a standalone digital file.
  • Using the image in logos, trademarks, or brand identities without a separate agreement.

2. General Terms

  • All images remain copyrighted by Wildlife Vagabond (Håvard Rosenlund).
  • Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive license – you do not own the copyright to the image.
  • Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

3. Download and Refund Policy

  • After completing the payment, you will receive an instant download link to access the image file.
  • As this is a digital product, all sales are final, and no refunds are provided.
